NEW CONSTRUCTION_
From meeting local building code requirements to achieving LEED® Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning credits, our team has been commissioning new construction projects across the United States for over a decade. Shift Logic will advocate for Owners throughout the commissioning process to provide a building which is designed and constructed to meet their requirements.
RETRO-COMMISSIONING_
Retro- or Re-commissioning (RCx) of an existing building is shown to improve system performance, reduce operating costs, and enhance occupant comfort. Our process involves close collaboration with Owners and Building Operators to identify and achieve their energy, operating, and comfort goals through systematic testing of their building systems. Performing RCx every 5 years helps ensure a building continues to operate at peak performance throughout its life.
COMMISSIONING AND QUALIFICATION_
Our team has extensive expertise in developing and executing commissioning documentation which has been successfully leveraged in facility qualification. We provide a wide range of services integrated with your specific quality systems and overall Validation Masterplan. We excel in executing various levels of Risk-Based C&Q approaches including ASTM E2500 and ISPE Guidelines.
MONITORING-BASED CX_
Our team has the automation, energy analysis, engineering and commissioning expertise to execute a successful Monitoring Based Commissioning plan. We work with facility engineers and Owners to understand facility requirements, develop performance metrics then utilize the existing automation system to monitor facility operation and performance.
HEALTHCARE FACILITY COMMISSIONING_
We provide commissioning for hospitals, outpatient facilities and pharmacies. We will develop a healthcare commissioning plan which focuses on integration with the Inspector of Record (IOR), Engineers of Record (EOR) and will reduce risk, increase reliability and reduce operating costs of your facility.

ENERGY STAR® CERTIFICATION VERIFICATION_
ENERGY STAR® certified buildings use less energy, generate less carbon emissions, and have higher asset values than the average building. To be ENERGY STAR certified, a licensed engineer is required to audit each building's annual application. Our team offers a turn-key service to perform the site visit and validate the application for your building.
SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS_
Ability to simulate, evaluate, and optimize building systems through a wide range of tools and strategies.
