Shift Logic provided retro-commissioning services for a section of the University of California Los Angeles campus chilled water system.
- Collaborated with campus Facility Engineers, Plant Operators and Energy Engineers to understand system operation and diagnose issues
- Reviewed programmed control scripts, BAS trend data and BAS GUI to document existing system operation
- Developed a Measurement Plan to enhance monitoring and control of the chilled water system
- Developed a Functional Testing Plan identifying pre-functional requirements and key measurement parameters for each test
